If you cannot find a source of happiness then create one, because the world has an abundance of things to increase worry, pain and misery but it takes foresight and delving deep within to truly uncover the great and wonderous things within and around you.
....
And then she asked;
"Lürd_Päììn, what is the secret to happiness?"
"There is no secret to happiness. It's just like asking what's the secret to life, how is life made, what is existence?
You just have to decide you want to be happy and ways to attain that height will seamlessly flow to you provided you are open to receiving from sources that were once thought odd or condemned" - We Answered
Humans have come to a point in their evolution where they equate happiness with the people in their lives and the materials/affluence they've amassed.
That's just an illusion, because true happiness is an internal stuff not something that can be externalised.
You have to choose to be happy, because if you believe the notion that your quality of life is dependent on those around you and your materials then you might never find true happiness.
Sure materials can bring some sort of comfort but comfort can not replace happiness. Yes comfort is awesome, I mean we all could use a little comfort and ease every now and then but that juice and flame that stems from being genuinely happy and contented within yourself with no attachments to those around you can never be replaced by the programs, vices or the inventions of man.
It is a popular belief that money will make you happy but this notion is false for there is no tangible price for happiness.
Yes money can buy you things that could make your life easier but true lasting happiness can never be bought for it is priceless.
Happiness Is A Byproduct Of A Life Well Lived
Happiness is a decision that comes from within and can never be induced by the possession of any material of any sort for if it were so, then the richest people in the world would be the happiest.
This is not to say that none of them is genuinely happy but if you get up close to them, they'll tell you that money is amongst the least things you need to be happy.
Not that money is not a necessity but when you place a price tag on your happiness, then it becomes less of a way of being and more of a goal...an achievement which keeps you further away from it.
A lot might not get this right now, because we live in a world that lays too much emphasis on the size of your bank account but little is said about how to be happy and live a truly fulfilling life.
Life was freely given to us but we created a concrete world where we must now earn a living in order to keep living.
We've built our lives around survival and it has slowly sucked out the true meaning and joy in living.
Get rid of that notion that you will only be happy when you acquire wealth for that's so far from the truth.

Take Care Of Your Own Stuff
Decide to be happy. I know it's not easy to stay happy(and you shouldn't force yourself to) especially when it feels like you are swimming in an ocean of lava, which is why it must be a conscious decision you are willing to commit to.
Making the decision to stay happy/optimistic even when sh*t has hit the fan will open you up to solutions to your situation.
Keep in mind that it's perfectly ok to feel down and cry if need be but the problem sets in when you dwell on those energies for too long, because you will keep attracting what you vibrate on, hence the feeling that one is a magnet for badluck.
Nobody is prone to badluck, neither is there any good or bad luck just energy and alignment, hence if the mindset is right and you understand what you seek surely your reality concur, after all reality is subject to perception.
Conclusion;
Never underestimate the power of a positive attitude.
You must decide for only then can you progress.
Make happiness a priority and see how easy and blissful life truly is though life can sometimes hit real hard but how you comeback really determines what you'll get, after all the end justifies the means.
And no, do not make it your sole responsibility to keep others happy.
Yes you can share happy moments/stories with others but do not take on all their troubles, because through trials and tribulations the Soul is groomed and character is developed, so trying to shoulder it all can deprive them of liberating keys.
If they find it hard to be happy, help if you can but your goal in this situation should be to help them see the light in themselves.
Help out when necessary but never be too involved to the point that those energies sift into you and morph into yours...this specially goes out to empaths and sensitives!!!
Choose Your Battles Wisely!
You can't please every body, always keep that in mind. Yes you can share your glow with others but know when to pull back.
The truth is that everybody is at different stages in their lives but one thing is common with all of them...the decision to change/neglect their beliefs, thoughts and habits will make a huge difference in their lives but how many of them can conjure up the strength/courage to do so?
::::
Can you conjure up the strength to see past everything you've come to believe is meant to stop you?
Can you decide to rise from those shackles and be hellbent on living a blissful life?
